PIVX Is A DAO

Governance powered by the network

PIVX is not only a coin for payments and staking. It also has a treasury and voting system that lets the network guide its own development.

Budget cap per cycle -- 43,200 blocks ≈ 30 days
Next treasury payout -- superblock --
Allocated at next payout -- of the cycle cap
Masternodes voting -- enabled

Proposals in the current round

Every proposal that still has installments outstanding. Net yes is the figure consensus counts: (yes − no) ÷ masternode count. Above 10 % a proposal is passing; funded means the network has already allotted PIVX for the next payout.

Proposal history

Proposals that are fully paid out or no longer have installments outstanding. Kept so the voting record does not disappear when the budget window moves on.

Treasury ledger

Payout history — last 12 rounds

Every PIVX that actually left the treasury, rebuilt block by block. Each line links to its block on the CryptoID explorer, so the amount can be checked independently. “Proposal created” is the block time of the submission fee transaction.

From idea to network decision

Governance without a boardroom.

A DAO distributes coordination across the community instead of placing final authority inside one centralized operator.

Voting

Masternodes vote on proposals and help decide which ideas are worth funding.

Treasury

A part of the block rewards can be directed toward development, tools, promotion and community work.

Long-Term Value

DAO governance makes PIVX more resilient because the network can keep improving without depending on one single company.

DAO does not mean risk-free: every proposal still needs independent research, and a proposal being funded does not make it a good investment. Read the forum thread before you draw conclusions from a vote count.
